ClearSwitch Network was founded on the principle that business-class voice over IP services were hard to find. Many years ago, when the founders of ClearSwitch needed certain services for their growing communications business, they realized that there weren't many true business-class service providers available. They kept coming across amateur individuals trying to build and operate VoIP systems from their basements. This resulted in ClearSwitch creating their own state-of-the-art redundant VoIP system.
From offices in Miami and Toronto, ClearSwitch always serves it's customers with speed and efficiency. One of the issues with the voice over IP industry is that companies come and go. These companies only try and compete with pricing alone. This may get them a few customers at the beginning, however with next to no profit margin, they cannot continue in business and they fold. Our Payment Structure & Service Quality
ClearSwitch uses a pay-as-you-go payment system. We use the payment processing services of Paypal exclusively. Once an account is opened with a minimum of $20.00, customers are able to use the system until their balance hit's zero. Low balance notifications are sent out at preset amounts, so that customers can add funds via the portal before hitting the zero mark.
ClearSwitch offers a mix of connection qualities depending on the customers needs. For US & Canada, we send calls over strictly premium routes. As for our international service, we offer two levels of calling. For least expensive, slightly lesser quality routes, customers can use our "Level 1" routes. For corporations or businesses that need the best quality service, we offer our "Level 2" routes. If you need no-nonsense, business class calling, our "Level 2" are the top telco connections available anywhere in the world.
